BOEING PRODUCTS
Worked with Boeing engineers to develop protective gear for their latest generation of passenger jets, including the 787 Dreamliner, the newest 747-8 varient, and the 777-300ER (pictured).
CUSTOM ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
Designed, developed, and implemented a custom double-entry, database-driven accounting system for a multi-million-dollar company. The system is integrated with online payment service portals and has an open-ended, expandable strucutre to accomodate future growth.
CIRRUS VISION OEM PRODUCTS
Designed and oversaw production of OEM protective products for the forthcoming Cirrus Vision private jet. These products are to be sold directly by the manufacturer to customers as a value-added product to help protect the aircraft and decrease maintenance costs.
SHIPPING SYSTEM + WORKFLOW
Integrated existing interfaces + databases with the UPS API and added QR code invoice tracking to increase efficiency and precision. Integration has cut time per package in half and has been used to ship over 70,000 packages in the past year while also decreasing overall errors.
EMBRAER E2 OEM PRODUCTS
Worked with subcontracting engineering firm tasked with the development of the engine nacelles for the Embraer E195-E2, Bombardier C-Series, and Mitsubishi Regional Jet to develop protective gear for all three aircraft. The products are expected to be shipped with every new E2 and C-Series aicraft, currently representing 272 and 358 orders, respectively.
EMPLOYEE TRACKING SYSTEM
Replaced outdated timeclock and employee management/tracking system with custom database-driven solution that allows for real-time monitoring of employee status, hours worked, reviews, notes, and other key information. The system utilizes smart key cards + readers tied into the database using a custom PHP- based solution running on Raspberry Pi's as a low-cost, highly-expandable solution to meet the businesses emerging needs.
